About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at haart, a leading estate agency in the UK. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of property professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team, coach and develop team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitor and assess individual performance.
- Business Development: Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- Performance Management: Create and action business plans relevant to your branch, monitor and assess performance of local competitors, and develop strategies to improve business performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
- Skills: Full UK driving licence, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work under own initiative, and basic IT skills.
- Qualifications: A strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings and the ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn a competitive commission on sales and lettings.
- Company Car: A BMW 1 Series company car.
- Training and Development: Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA).
