Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Tenant/lettings Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

As a Tenant/lettings Manager, you will be based at a national property management agency's clients residential site in Peterborough. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out property inspections to ensure the properties are in good condition and meet the required standards.
  • Arranging and attending tenant viewings to showcase the properties to potential tenants.
  • Point of contact for tenant queries or disputes to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Responsible for making sure flats are let correctly to ensure a smooth and efficient lettings process.
  • Preparation of regular reports to provide updates on the lettings process and any issues that may arise.

Personal Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Ability to work on own initiative to take ownership of your work and make decisions independently.
  • Good business acumen to understand the lettings process and make informed decisions.
  • Lettings/property experience is a must to have a solid understanding of the industry and its requirements.

Working Hours and Salary:

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, and the salary is £27,000 plus £3,000 annual bonus.
