Job Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estates Portfolio Manager to join our team at Property Management Recruitment. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in the efficient running and development of our residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the lettings process to minimize voids and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular property visits to assess the allocated portfolio and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend corporate client meetings to discuss lettings strategies and report on void properties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and be the primary point of contact for clients and tenants.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring strict service levels are met.
  • SOURCE AND INSTRUCT LOCAL SUB AGENTS TO OBTAIN OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE.
  • Chase sub-instructed agents for return of signed documentation.
  • Handle queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track performance and budget.
  • Work closely with the Tenant Services team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings or asset management.
  • High level of IT literacy and understanding.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of energy, drive, and enthusiasm with a passion for self-development and teamwork.
