Salary: Up to £110,000 per annum plus benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Director to join our team at Jenrick Commercial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on wind and offshore wind energy.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for follow-up work and expanding long-term client relationships.
  • Project Management: Manage consulting engagements in the renewable energy sector, assembling and leading project teams to deliver high-quality work products and ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direct leadership, setting high standards of performance and professionalism, and developing and maintaining a high level of personal credibility and work ethic management with staff.
  • Market Thought Leadership: Contribute to renewable energy market thought leadership, internal research, and development of intellectual property.
  • Business Strategy: Help formulate company strategy for targeting/approaching market segments and other growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, renewable energy technology, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of successful business origination and project delivery.
  • Skills: Excellent business development and client service experience, strong negotiation and facilitation skills, and proficiency with standard industry software tools.
