- Assemble and lead project teams delivering on client engagements and ensure high quality work products and the effective use of resources.
- Actively team with colleagues in other offices, regions, and practices to identify and pursue opportunities and generate revenue.
- Know and help manage the regional business by effectively using sales data, managing cost of sales for projects, and assessing regional financial results.
- Accountable to ensure success is recognised, but that trends of underperformance within the team and reporting line are formally addressed.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other documents for client deliverables and for other stakeholders.
- Contribute to renewable energy market thought leadership, internal research, and development of intellectual property.
- Help to formulate company strategy for targeting/approaching market segments and other growth opportunities.

- Focused on the professional development of self and that of the junior staff.
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, renewable energy technology or related discipline, else demonstrable capabilities at this level.
- Extensive experience in the Renewable / Wind / Offshore Wind energy business (geoscience/environmental surveying, permitting, safety, project development, construction, asset management, etc.).
