- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
- Industry Certifications: Professional and/or industry certifications relevant to the renewable energy sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
