Adhesion, a leading Global HR SaaS Vendor, is seeking a highly strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join their team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with new prospects and strategically growing key accounts.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple layers of the organization
- Drive business growth through the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience selling HR SaaS at Enterprise level
- Proven track record of achieving and hitting quota
- Strong analytical background with a growth mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes
