About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple layers of the organization
  • Drive business growth through the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience selling HR SaaS at Enterprise level
  • Proven track record of achieving and hitting quota
  • Strong analytical background with a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes
