About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Adhesion, a multi-award-winning Global HR SaaS Vendor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new prospects and strategically growing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling HR SaaS at Enterprise level
  • Proven track record of achieving and hitting sales quotas
  • Strong analytical background with a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
