Job Title: Leasing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Executive to join our team at Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd. As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property rentals, including enquiries, viewings, tenancy progression, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enquiries and Viewings: Manage all incoming enquiries, conduct viewings, and provide excellent customer service to potential tenants.
  • Tenancy Progression: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure properties are listed online, and work with letting agents to secure tenancies.
  • Contract Management: Draft and issue contracts, manage relationships with letting agents, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with tenants, letting agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless property management.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market surveys and mystery shopping to stay up-to-date with competitor performance and market trends.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Compile and review competitor reports, monitor void rates and renewals, and ensure compliance with the Housing Act 2004.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in property rental management, preferably in a build-to-rent environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in property management or a related field.
