About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Executive to join our team at Cobalt Recruitment. As a Leasing Executive, you will play a crucial role in the lease-up process of a brand new site, ensuring that all systems are thoroughly kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration: Ensure that all lease agreements are accurately processed and maintained, and that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate the online marketing of available apartments, ensuring that all marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants, responding to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile regular letting performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Portfolio Manager and Leasing Director to ensure that all leasing activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in BTR leasing or lettings, with a proven track record of success in lease administration and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using shared point and other leasing software.
  • Education: A degree in a related field, such as business or property management.
