Job Description:

Job Title: Leasing Executive - Property Business

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Executive to join our team at Cobalt Recruitment. As a Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in the lease-up process of a brand new site, working closely with the Senior Portfolio Manager to ensure the successful leasing of apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Portfolio Manager in all matters relating to the lease-up of a brand new site, with the view to then help maintain occupancy levels.
  • Report and present leasing strategies to the Leasing Director and the client.
  • Ensure that systems are thoroughly kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data.
  • Coordinate the online marketing of available apartments.
  • Compile demographic data, reports, and information along with commentary.
  • Conduct regular rent analysis of the local market in conjunction with the General Manager/Senior Portfolio Manager and Leasing Director.
  • Compile regular letting performance for use in discussions with the client and Savills senior.
  • As part of the wider site team, create a best-in-class community through communication, events, and innovations.
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects provided by the General Manager or Senior Portfolio Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in BTR leasing or lettings.
  • Confident in using all Microsoft platforms, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Flexible and cooperative at all times, working as a member of a team.
  • Understanding the importance of achieving deadlines and ensuring quality output.
