Job Title: Leasing Executive - Build To Rent Specialist

Job Summary:

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Executive to join our client's team in North West London. As a Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in the lease-up of a brand new site, working closely with the Senior Portfolio Manager to ensure the successful delivery of this project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Administration: Ensure that all lease administration tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, including ensuring that systems are thoroughly kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data.
  • Marketing and Viewings: Coordinate the online marketing of available apartments and conduct viewings to prospective tenants, negotiating rental offers and completing applicant vetting requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile regular letting performance reports for use in discussions with the client and conduct rent analysis of the local market in conjunction with the General Manager and Senior Portfolio Manager.
  • Customer Service: Provide first-class customer service to residents and applicants, ensuring that all enquires are responded to in line with agreed service levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Leasing Director to ensure the successful delivery of the lease-up project and the maintenance of occupancy levels.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience of working in BTR leasing or lettings, with a strong understanding of the Build To Rent market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft platforms, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexible and cooperative, with a dynamic approach and ability to work well as part of a team.
