We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioural support and be able to provide one-to-one support to a student in a school based in Cheshire West.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and staff, and have a positive attitude towards teaching and aiding children's development.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supervising and providing learning support for the student
  • Assisting with the development of individual education and behavioural plans
  • Establishing trusting relationships with the pupil and interacting with them accordingly
