Highly Motivated Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a Highly Motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals.
About the Role:
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers within a dynamic school environment. You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure the delivery of high-quality lessons and contribute to the overall achievement and well-being of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with their learning, both individually and in groups
- Assisting with classroom activities, including preparation and setup
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff to promote student engagement and motivation
- Maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment
Requirements:
- Recent experience working with children or young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Salary and Benefits:
