Business Banking Representative

This Business Banking Representative role requires an individual who can provide specialist advice and support to customers. You will work closely with colleagues across the bank to deliver exceptional customer service and meet the needs of stakeholders.
Accountabilities- To provide specialist advice and support pertaining to own work area.
- To take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.
- To continually develop awareness of the underlying principles and concepts on which the work within the area of responsibility is based.
- Prior experience in customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The salary for this position is around £28,000 - £38,000 per year, and you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
