About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Creative Arts Leader to join our team at Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for arts and crafts, particularly those related to children. As a Creative Arts Leader, you will be responsible for delivering seasonal craft sessions to families, working closely with the Learning team to ensure a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging arts and crafts activities for small and large groups, including families.
  • Collaborate with the Learning team to plan and execute craft sessions, ensuring they meet the needs of participants.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, utilizing available resources effectively.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong interest in arts and crafts, with a focus on children's activities.
  • Experience working with various age groups, including children and adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and participants.
