Project Liaison Officer NCCHS

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Liaison Officer to join our Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient tenant liaison point of contact for customers.
You will liaise with customers on investment plans for all projects, providing guidance and support through various channels, including Constructor Partner monthly surgeries, open days, and other relevant corporate events.
As a Project Liaison Officer, you will investigate and pursue customer enquiries on a variety of issues, resolving customer problems through effective interviewing and reporting. You will also provide management with statistical information and reports.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven ability to work in a pressurised environment under own initiative
- Experience of developing services to achieve and maintain top quality performance in service delivery, within a value for money framework
- Knowledge and experience of using IT as an analytical tool
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
