We are seeking a Higher Education Administrator Lead to join our team at the Royal College of Art. As a key member of our Secretariat team, you will play a vital role in supporting our academic and corporate governance structures, helping the College achieve its ambitious strategic goals.

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that values Curiosity, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Integrity. You will work closely with Senate and other key academic committees, providing essential administrative support to the Pro Vice-Chancellor Academic (PVC Academic).

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the PVC Academic, including managing their diary, handling correspondence, and prioritizing their commitments.
  • Coordinate projects within the PVC Academic's portfolio, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress.
  • Analyze data to produce internal and external reports.
  • Liaise with the College Executive Group and academic leadership teams.
  • Manage national and international travel arrangements, ensuring adherence to policies and efficient itinerary planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and produce reports.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and G-Suite tools.
