Project Brief
MEMBERSHIP BESPOKE is seeking an experienced Education Project Officer to support the technical review team with project administration, quality assurance, and providing advice and guidance on accreditation and careers to universities and students. This is a full-time position based in Central London, working from home and office, with occasional travel to meetings or events through the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will have experience working in a professional membership body and a good understanding of higher education provision.

About the Project
The Education Project Officer will play a critical role in supporting the technical review team with project administration, quality assurance, and providing advice and guidance on accreditation and careers to universities and students. This role involves gathering data, implementing phases of education projects, assessing the quality of education, and administering reporting processes required of accredited universities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical review team with gathering data and other information including feedback from stakeholders on the impacts and opportunities to their levels of accreditation and the recognition of Higher Education/Further Education qualifications.
- Implement phases of education projects including consultation exercises and surveys.
- Assess the quality of education and other qualifications using established guidelines and criteria.
- Administer reporting processes required of accredited universities and undertake analysis in line with the priorities of education projects. Maintain relevant records and databases as appropriate.
- Conduct desktop research to ensure information and careers guidance on initial planning education, website content, and social media is up-to-date.

Requirements
- Experience working in a professional membership body.
- Good understanding of higher education provision.
- Administrative, research, and analysis skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel to meetings or events through the UK and Ireland occasionally.

Salary and Benefits
