About the Job:

We are seeking a Higher Education Manager to join our team at Planet Education Networks. As a key member of our admissions department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the student enrollment process, ensuring seamless communication with students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of admission officers, coordinators, and support staff, focusing on exceptional customer service and results-driven outcomes.
  • Develop, review, and implement admissions policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing strategies and targeted outreach programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) with a strong background in education administration and policy.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry, preferably in a leadership role, with expertise in student enrollment management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.
