We are a large European Group, seeking a highly autonomous and key continuous improvement position. This role focuses on delivering lean projects utilizing lean tools and coaching/mentoring skills across several sites in the North West of England.

Job Summary

This is an operational excellence coordinator role for a large European Group. It's highly suitable for a less experienced candidate progressing their career in Continuous Improvement. The Operational Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for Highly autonomous and key continuous improvement position, focusing on delivering lean projects utilizing lean tools and coaching/mentoring skills across several sites in the North West of England.

Responsibilities

  1. Focusing on delivering lean projects utilizing lean tools and coaching/mentoring skills across several sites in the North West of England
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  3. Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes

What We Offer

  • A salary between £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
