Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lancashire South Cumbria Foundation Trust.
As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving the patient experience during the discharge process.
You will promote continuity of care from the acute into the community by supporting an integrated approach, working collaboratively with the CATCH team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
