Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Occupational Therapist to join our team at CES Group - Clinical Employment Services. The successful candidate will work as part of the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) using occupational therapy skills and experience to promote social inclusion, independent living, and recovery for individuals who have complex mental health problems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals. They will also be able to develop and implement occupational therapy plans to promote social inclusion and independent living, working collaboratively with other members of the CMHT to achieve shared goals.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 9-5.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement occupational therapy plans to promote social inclusion.
