Therapy Team Leader

Senior Speech and Language Therapist sought for a permanent position with a leading private sector client in the North West. The successful candidate will support their therapy team across three specialist schools, providing assessment and intervention plans for students with communication difficulties.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people aged 5-19 with complex needs, including developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, and SEMH. As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will hold a small caseload and collaborate with colleagues to deliver bespoke support.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality assessment and intervention plans for students
* Manage a small speech and language therapy caseload
* Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
Requirements
* Registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
* Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent
