The Role

We are seeking a Director of Compliance and Improvement to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems to ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles and practices.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and 27001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
