Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Compliance Manager Leader to oversee compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and driving business growth.

The role involves managing internal audits, factory tours, and external inspections, as well as developing and delivering training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Tesco TFS, BRC).
  • Manage complaints investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
  • Support site managers in achieving operational and compliance goals.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare for customer and third-party visits/audits.
Skill Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth and improve performance.
  • HACCP Trained (essential).
  • Experience in the food industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
