Operational Improvement Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst Practitioner to support multiple projects within the Architecture Practice, particularly in the Air sector. As a key member of our team, you will investigate operational requirements, identify problems, and seek effective solutions through process improvements, both automated and non-automated.
About the Role:
You will conduct advanced modelling activities for significant change programmes and contribute to the development of new or improved practices, processes, and standards. Additionally, you will facilitate input from stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and enabling effective prioritisation of requirements.
Key Skills:
- BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience of business process modelling and requirements management tools.
