We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Agility Resoucing. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2/3 years experience in financial operations, with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial processes and procedures
  • Reconciling bank accounts and preparing financial reports
  • Daily invoicing and coding of invoices

Additionally, the candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing and processing payroll on a monthly basis
  • Inputting timesheets and transactions into the payroll database
  • Processing starters and leavers

Key attributes include:

  • AAT or qualified by experience
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
