We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Lancashire. About the Role

  • Conduct quality investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver training exercises to enhance quality awareness and skills across the organization.
  • Report quality measurements against KPIs and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes to site operations and quality processes.
  • Work closely with the site quality manager to develop and implement continuous improvement activities across the site.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with a degree-level qualification in science or engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
