The Onyx-Conseil E&I Contract Support Team is seeking a skilled Senior Quality Improvement Manager to drive quality engagement and lead investigations across a diverse portfolio of products.
Job SummaryThis role is responsible for coordinating, integrating, and managing Contract Support Quality activities across multi-disciplined teams. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Customer community, Service Delivery Units, and stakeholders to ensure activities supporting Customers and Contracts are agreed, managed, and progressed.

About the RoleThe Senior Quality Improvement Manager will be the focal point for all In-Service Customer engagements relating to the Quality of our In-Service products and services. This involves proactively driving Quality and business-led improvements activities focused on improving the quality of our products and services.
You will perform objective process confirmations to demonstrate pre- and post-improvement-based performance and effectively manage the timely resolution of all reported Customer quality concerns.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need HND/HNC (or equivalent relevant experience) in Quality or a STEM subject. Knowledge of quality requirements for aerospace and defence contracts is also essential.
You should be able to act independently, impartially, and objectively, articulate reports, conclusions, and findings to management and stakeholders, and have the ability to drive improvements, moving the organisation forward from beyond compliance to a leaner and more effective one.
