Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading internal audits, providing support on the development of improvement plans, and verifying their effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have experience in root cause analysis methodologies, presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to interpret quality specifications, procedures, and contractual requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for creating learning materials and educational aids to form part of learning packages/training.
