Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:
Preston Partnership is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Officer to join our Operations and Performance Team. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of critical processes within our Benefits team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough checks on high-risk processes to identify errors and areas for improvement.
- Compile statistics and report findings to senior managers.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Benefits Systems and Legislation.
- Ability to interpret rules and regulations using various software solutions.
- Methodical approach to work with strict deadlines.
- Organizational skills to prioritize workloads effectively.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
Education Requirements:
A good standard of general education and 4 GCSEs/O'Levels, including Maths and English or equivalent, are essential.
