About the Role

The Reinstatement and Compliance Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that our Enhanced Metering contract in the Northwest Region is delivered safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

This role involves leading and managing site teams, reporting to the Operations manager, and setting targets for day/week that are clearly understood by the team. You will also plan for contingency scenarios, ensure all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedure, and drive a strong Health & Safety and quality focus culture.

  • Lead and manage site teams to ensure effective delivery of projects.
  • Plan for contingency scenarios and ensure all sites are compliant with company policies.
  • Coordinate resources to achieve daily productivity goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing site teams and ensuring compliance with company policies. Knowledge of the water industry and ability to build relationships with Local Authorities is also required.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a matched pension scheme, company car or car allowance, fuel card, private health care, and life assurance.
