About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join Sika's R&D team in Preston, UK as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of the Quality department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of Sika products in the UK.

Job Description
You will be responsible for conducting investigations to resolve batch issues and complaints, leading continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
* Experience in QC/R&D laboratory
* Proficiency in MS suites and statistical software tools
* Track record of managing projects and delivering results

Benefits
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, private healthcare, and a company pension contribution.
