About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at SSP. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure that the unit is clean and welcoming, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the unit, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, and ensure that all stock is rotated and used in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that the unit is running smoothly and that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
