About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at SSP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our unit, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Manage and maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in a hospitality or retail role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
