About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our dynamic team at SSP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational excellence.
  • Coordinate team efforts to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Focus on operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance customer experience and team performance.
  • Recognize and reward exceptional service, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity within the team.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, communicating effectively and making thoughtful decisions to drive business success.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in a hospitality or retail role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience and team performance.
