We are seeking an experienced Part Time Support Coordinator to join our team at Blue Arrow Ltd. Based in the South West region, this role would be ideal for someone who has previous experience in school administration and lives locally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To produce high-quality documents in accordance with staff requirements and deadlines
  • To complete photocopying and filing tasks as needed
  • To provide administrative support within the main office environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in school administration
  • A good level of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Familiarity with computer systems including Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to maintain simple records

Salary Information:

The hourly rate for this position is £12.50. The work schedule consists of Mondays and Wednesdays from 08:30 to 16:30, with a start date as soon as possible until Christmas 2024.
