We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Assistant to join our professional and hardworking Housekeeping Team at Thornbury Castle, a unique and beautifully restored Tudor Castle hotel.

About Us

Thornbury Castle Hotel is set on 15 acres of stunning land, offering 26 bedchambers and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar, and two unique meeting and conference spaces. Located just 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, we deliver refined and personalised hospitality to enable our guests to relax, enjoy themselves, and have a break from normal life.

The Role

This part-time permanent position involves ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the highest standards, including vacuuming, polishing, and refreshing linen and towels. You will also be responsible for cleaning and tidying public areas, restocking guest room supplies, and engaging with guests where required.

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.92 (dependent on experience)
  • A part-time permanent position with 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including weekends
  • An additional share of service charge and tips, paid out every 2 months
