Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in supporting young people with cerebral palsy and complex needs in the Thornbury area.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Encourage independence and promote self-advocacy
- Manage challenging behaviors in a safe and respectful manner
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Relevant qualifications in adult social care (NVQ or QCF level 3)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
