Midwifery Department Leadership Role

The Community Midwifery Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of midwives in providing high-quality care to women and their families in Haringey and Islington;
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of care;
- Mentoring and supervising midwives, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and confidence to deliver excellent care;
- Working closely with the team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care;
- Ensuring that all midwives in the team meet the required standards of practice and adhere to Whittington Health NHS Trust's policies and procedures.
