Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive post-registration experience, with a proven track record of leadership and management. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, while also driving quality improvement initiatives and developing midwifery practice.

We offer a competitive salary of £83,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development. Our hospital site is one of the busiest in London, providing a challenging and dynamic environment for midwives who are passionate about delivering excellent care.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Midwifery, NMC registration, and evidence of professional development. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and present to colleagues. IT skills are essential, with awareness of data quality issues.
