About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Registration Investigation Team Manager to join our team at NMC. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 16 staff in a fast-paced environment, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to two team managers.

Job Description:

This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, achievement of key performance indicators, and sound decisions based on NMC legislation and policy. You will also be responsible for managing a caseload of cases under investigation and ensuring that high-quality risk-based investigations meet NMC evidential requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant analytical and investigative experience, with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team. You should also have experience of using management information to monitor adherence to targets and preparing reports.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £63,000 - £74,999 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including enhanced pension contributions, life assurance, and flexible working policies.
