Midwifery Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced midwife to join our team as a Community Midwives. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about providing safe, effective, personalized care to women and families in Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in an integrated midwifery model working within both community and acute settings.
- Demonstrate and promote a woman-centred style of clinical practice.
- Develop evidence-based Continuity of Carer Teams within Gloucestershire.
As a Community Midwives, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, day-to-day, evidence-based practice for all women in the designated clinical area/caseload.
Requirements- Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- United Kingdom recognized Degree in Midwifery Practice.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of professional portfolio and registration revalidation.
The estimated salary for this position is £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, depending on experience. The role also offers a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.
