**Job Summary**

This role involves providing sound professional leadership to staff at band 5 grade level and below in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities in the area are carried out within Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust policy guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in emergency nursing, with experience in leading and managing teams. They will also be committed to promoting the objectives of the Trust's Vision and Philosophy for Nursing, as well as ensuring that all duties are carried out in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
