Are you a motivated and ambitious senior manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Emergency Department Leader at First Clinical Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in patient care and developing innovative solutions to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies for emergency departments
- Collaborate with clinical directors and management teams to drive service improvements and quality enhancements
- Implement effective commissioning arrangements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial goals
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on emergency medicine
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong understanding of healthcare policy and regulatory frameworks
- MBA qualification and/or equivalent experience
£85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience
