Lead a Dynamic Team

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Band 5 nurse to join our team as a leader in the Emergency Department at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding and directing others, while also contributing to the development of ED nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional leadership to staff at all levels
  2. Implement national improvement initiatives and targets
  3. Take charge of patient care in the Resuscitation area and across all areas of the department
Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • RGN registration
  • Significant Band 5 experience in ED
  • Dept Management experience

We offer a competitive salary of £32,239 - £43,041 per annum (dependent on experience), as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
