As a Home-Based Engagement Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our carers and children. You will work from home, using your own initiative to manage your workload and meet deadlines. We offer a competitive salary of around £16,562 per annum, plus a Homeworking Allowance of £450 per annum.

The contract is for 21 hours per week, spread over three days, including evenings and occasional weekends. We are looking for someone who is passionate about foster care and has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our carers and children.

You will be expected to work independently, using your own initiative to manage your workload and meet deadlines. We offer a range of benefits, including an extensive wellbeing programme and comprehensive benefits package.
