We are currently seeking a Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team at Russell Publishing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge and contribute to the success of our business.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the publishing industry and its associated markets, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also need to be confident in your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide accurate reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a target-related bonus opportunity. Other benefits include a hybrid working policy, with two days per week spent in our office in Brasted, Kent. We also offer a pension contribution, free car parking, and access to a benefits platform with discounts, wellness, and engagement tools.
