About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Disrupt Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the rail and defence industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing client relationships
  • Work closely with our technical team to understand client needs and develop solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the rail and defence sectors
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to develop and implement sales plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the rail and defence industries
  • Strong understanding of sheet metal and fabrication engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
